Apply For A Grant

Protect Our Winters funds grassroots organizations that support our overall mission of reducing our carbon footprint.  Because we believe that true change will occur only through a strong grassroots movement, we seek out innovative organizations that have the ability to engage local groups and positively impact their communities.

Our emphasis is on:

• Climate change education and the development of a new generation of environmental leaders
• The development of innovative, alternative energy sources

Your efforts should be quantifiable with specific goals, objectives and action plans and should include measures for evaluating success.  We believe that small grants can make a big difference, so most grants are between $3,000-$5,000.
