Erika Flowers
Trail Runner
Erika Flowers grew up in Bozeman where she fell in love with the wild state of Montana and the sport of cross-country skiing. She raced for Dartmouth College before joining the SMS T2 Professional Team based out of southern Vermont. She xc ski raced internationally for 6 years before returning to Montana where she continued to race at the World Cup Level while starting her first “grown-up” job with a local consulting firm, PIE. She started trail running and racing and joined The North Face trail running team in 2020. Today she continues to race for The North Face, is a partner and managing director at PIE, and serves on the board of the National Nordic Foundation and POW’s Athlete Alliance. She has been actively involved in state politics, knocking doors and supporting her dad Pat Flowers who serves as the senate minority leader in the Montana legislature.
