Stephanie Howe

Minnesota born and raised, Stephanie Howe now resides in Chamonix, France. Stephanie has a passion for everything outdoors and a particular love for trail running. She spends most of her free time on the trails, preferably with her son Julien. Stephanie is a professional athlete, holds a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition, and works as a sports nutrition professional and coach.
