Lindsay Bourgoine Joins POW as Manager of Advocacy and Campaigns
We’re thrilled to announce that Lindsay Bourgoine has joined Protect Our Winters as our new manager of advocacy and campaigns. Her focus will be on developing strategic campaigns to advance POW’s policy goals on climate change. In addition, she will work on innovative advocacy tactics to engage the POW community and strengthen the organization’s policy communications.
Previously, Lindsay spent five years working on recreation and conservation policy at both the state-level with the Appalachian Mountain Club in Maine and at the federal-level with the Outdoor Industry Association here in Colorado.
She holds a BA in Environmental Sciences and Geosciences from Skidmore College and a Masters in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School. And when she’s not digging into policy issues, you’ll find Lindsay hiking, biking, running, or skiing in the mountains.
Bourgoine is based in our new Boulder office. You can reach her at [email protected].
Welcome, Lindsay!!
