Dr. John Knowles is an ecohydrologist at Montana State University. His interdisciplinary research and teaching program aims to shed light on how disturbance and management impact mountain and mountain-adjacent ecosystems and the services they provide throughout the western US. He’s inspired by the great outdoors, science communication, good food, friends, family, and pets.
