Velia de Iuliis

Velia De Iuliis was raised in San Francisco, where she studied illustration at the California College of the Arts before moving to Los Angeles to pursue her career in environmental art. As a multidisciplinary visual artist, De Iuliis specializes in work that explores the intersection of art, design, and conservation. Her practice includes large-scale murals, studio paintings and brand collaborations that translate complex ecological narratives into visually compelling pieces. Her murals, as well as rich gouache and oil paintings, feature both endangered and thriving flora and fauna, as a way to celebrate the resilience of nature.
