POW Reno
Welcome to POW Reno
POW Reno is a home base for locals who care about the places we recreate. Whether you ski, fish, trail run, or just love the views, you have a seat at our table. We’re building people power for climate action by supporting local action efforts, getting clean energy on the grid, and boosting voter turnout.
Join us to connect with your community through tabling at local events, advocacy trainings, voter engagement efforts, and outdoor gatherings that turn your love of the outdoors into action for Reno.

Meet Your Field Organizer
Adi Sadeh
Adi grew up in Colorado, where she developed a deep connection to the outdoors through snowboarding, hiking, foraging, and exploring the natural world. She earned her B.S. in Geography from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she worked with New Era Colorado to mobilize young voters, igniting her passion for civic engagement and advocacy.
After a period of solo travel and living nomadically, Adi settled in Truckee, California, where she worked with Keep Tahoe Blue and the Fungal Diversity Survey. As an athlete and photographer for Niche Snowboards, Adi advocates for climate action and representation in the outdoor industry. Her love for ecology, advocacy, and mountain life led her to POW, where she now serves as the Sierra Nevada Field Organizer!
When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Adi snowboarding, surfing, camping, or enjoying a cup of tea by the river.
