Mike King, is the self-proclaimed blue-collar skier, farmer and filmmaker from Michigan. After what seemed like a lifetime of storm chasing through the west between harvest seasons at his family’s orchard. The cold smoke from bottomless right-hand powder turn finally cleared. Mike realized maybe there was a little more to this life than the endless pursuit of powder and good times. Of course, he shook this idea off and continued to chase the fleeting feeling we all chase. Doing so took him to some pretty cool places that made Mike think, “Man, I hope these places are protected for future generations.” He soon found out that they are very much the opposite. So here we are now, on the POW Alliance website, STOKE the vote!
